1. Multiple models and ratios to choose from:
Provide multiple models of polyester resins for hybrid formulations, such as YZ9801, YZ9802, YZ9811, YZ9855, YZ9804, YZ9816, YZ9816T, YZ9866 and YZ9805.
Each model has a different acid value and viscosity ratio, such as YZ9801 and YZ9802 have an acid value of 50/50 and a viscosity between 3.06.0 Pa·s; while YZ9804 has an acid value of 60/40 and a viscosity between 3.06.6 Pa·s.
2. Excellent physical properties:
The glass transition temperature is high, all around 180°C, indicating that the resin has good thermal stability and mechanical properties. Short curing time, such as 15 minutes for models such as YZ9801 and YZ9802, is conducive to improving production efficiency.
3. Diverse properties:
Different types of resins have different properties. For example, YZ9801 has physical matting properties and is suitable for occasions where matting effects are required.
YZ9802 and YZ9811 have high gloss, good mechanical properties, and particularly wear-resistant coatings, and are suitable for occasions with high requirements for gloss and wear resistance.
YZ9855 not only has high gloss and mechanical properties, but also can withstand gas baking below 200°C, and is suitable for higher temperature application environments.
4. Chemical stability:
Polyester resins used in mixed formulas have good chemical corrosion resistance and can maintain stable performance in harsh chemical environments. For example, YZ9805 is particularly suitable for chemical matting powder, indicating that it has good stability and applicability in chemical environments.
